Cancellation Charges:

• More than 30 days: Refund less administration, bank and supplier charges.

• 15–30 days: 50% cancellation charge.

• 7–14 days: 75% cancellation charge.

• Less than 7 days: No refund.

• No-show: No refund.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–21 business days.
