Bookings are confirmed only after payment/deposit and written confirmation.
Prices are subject to supplier availability, taxes, exchange rates and operational costs.
Customers are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance and accurate booking information.
Dreamer Traveller acts as an intermediary for hotels, transport providers and activity operators and is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control including weather, natural disasters, airline delays or government restrictions.
Sri Lankan law governs these Terms & Conditions.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposits are generally non-refundable once services are confirmed.
Cancellation Charges:
• More than 30 days: Refund less administration, bank and supplier charges.
• 15–30 days: 50% cancellation charge.
• 7–14 days: 75% cancellation charge.
• Less than 7 days: No refund.
• No-show: No refund.
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–21 business days.
